Integrated Solutions For Retailers announces Small To Midsize
Retail Solution Provider Awards Finalists
Erie, PA--Celerant Technology was named a finalist in Integrated
Solutions For Retailers magazine's Small To Midsize Retail Solutions
Awards for its UPS OnLine Tools integration with Work N Gear, work
and lifestyle apparel retailer.
Celerant Technology nominated Work 'N Gear to demonstrate the flexibility
of its Retail Management System. In 2004, Work 'N Gear was looking
to streamline their shipping process, which had some duplicated
processes that are prevalent in most warehouses. The integration
with UPS OnLineTools took about 2 weeks in total resulting in a
unified system that allows Work 'N Gear to enter their information
in one screen, in one system, and print their shipping labels in
one easy step. According to Work N Gear, the project has resulted
in cutting shipping time in half. This results in savings across
the board, from supply-chain management to payroll and has lead
to greater customer and management satisfaction.
