Ultimate Technology Finalizes Reseller Agreement with Celerant Technology Corporation
May 9, 2005: Ultimate Technology Corporation, a leading
provider of open system Point-of-Service (POS) hardware solutions
and services, and Celerant Technology Corporation, announce the
establishment of a partnership with the signing of a formal Reseller
Agreement. Celerant is a leading provider of real-time Java technology
retail management systems.
Under the agreement, Celerant has agreed to include Ultimate Technology
as a preferred hardware solutions provider. The agreement represents
a mutual commitment from both companies to work together to provide
