Yes, Celerant’s FFL POS system has an electronic A&D Book included, within the retail software, at no additional cost. All from within one system, firearm dealers can manage their entire business, including serial number tracking, and our implementation team can help you convert your manual bound book to our electronic bound book, or if you are using another firearms POS system and ready to upgrade, we can help you convert your A&D book from your current POS system into your new Celerant POS system.

Celerant also offers dealers options for 3rd party A&D / 4473 integrations, also at no additional cost for the integrations, allowing you to choose which compliance option makes the most sense for your business. With integrations to FastBound and Gun StoreMaster, the firearms POS system has seamless integrations allowing you to save time and eliminate having to enter information into 2 separate systems.

These 3rd party integrations also provide a seamless and electronic 4473. With FastBound, there is also an option available for the digital storage of your 4473’s helping save you money and storage space, by eliminating the need of a paper trail. 2. Can I use my own credit card processor with your firearms POS system and eCommerce?

Celerant’s firearms POS system integrates with several firearms-friendly credit card processors, providing flexibility and not forcing you to process with only 1 vendor. Choose the right payment processor based on your needs, with 4 credit card processing options: Shift4, Worldpay and Fortis for both in-store and online, or Global Payments for in-store (only) for firearms transactions.

Options are available as well to support recurring billing with different payment processing to support your memberships and range business as well. Save time and ensure your credit cards don’t decline with automated decline minimizers provided by some of our processing partners as well.

Multiple options are available as well for ‘buy now, pay later’ of firearms and accessories, both in store and online. With Sezzle, firearms dealers can offer payments in 4 installments to customers, and with Credova the options are available for payments in 4 installments, as well as traditional financing options over more extended time frames.

Cumulus Retail is a more cost effective, lighter solution designed for smaller dealers, while Stratus Enterprise is Celerant’s more comprehensive software solution for larger dealers or those with higher sales volume and the need for customized software and more advanced needs.

Dealers looking to get started with Cumulus Retail, can start as low as $125 per month for the firearms POS system, or $250 per month for eCommerce, however most dealers opt for one of Celerant’s firearms bundles, which offer everything firearms dealers need to get started.

Celerant’s firearms bundles include unlimited distributor integrations, the ‘always on’ POS option, and an add-on of your choice (where most dealers choose buy/trade), and either with or without integrated eCommerce options. You also have the option to roll the upfront training costs into your monthly payments, eliminating any upfront fees, or you can pay for your FFL software training upfront to reduce your monthly payments.
