Retail clients now have instant access to an interactive training portal with 5,000+ knowledge base articles directly from within the software
Celerant Technology, the #1 rated retail software provider for 2023, today announced the release of a new online self-service knowledge base. The new knowledge base is an extension of training resources that provide retail clients with the tools they need to better utilize their point of sale retail software, so they can complete tasks and help customers faster, with more self-serving tools to reduce friction when needing training assistance.
Celerant’s knowledge base offers over 5,000 articles, which is accessible via Celerant’s retail software and client portal. From within the retail software’s point of sale and back office, users can enter keywords into a search box, or click the knowledge base icon next to the title of each software screen to learn more about that specific section of the software. The software will then open a new tab displaying a training article related to that software feature. The knowledge base is also accessible from Celerant’s client portal, which provides additional training and technical support resources, such as the Welcome Pack, how-to videos, release notes, product manuals, important announcements, my tickets, and much more.
