Our company converted to Celerant recently. The entire process was quick and simple thanks to Quinn McKee and his team at Celerant. We were trained weeks in advance to the go-live date, but of course you’re always going to have more questions. On the go-live day every team member answered every question I had in one quick phone call. No sitting on hold or trying to get to the correct person to help. I would have never thought switching POS systems would have been so easy. Thank you Quinn, Kathy, and Ray.

LEGEND RC HOBBIES is New to Celerant. Jason Kliewer, who works on data conversion, is truly the BEST of the BEST! He thoroughly scrubbed our existing data, as we had extracted it into Intuit/Quickbooks POS (no longer supported) from a DOS based POS System many years ago when we purchased the Hobby Shop! He really cleaned things up and is a pleasure to work with!

Celerant’s customer service was outstanding, and the initial training was extensive. Each time I have an issue, they reply and do their best to walk me through the steps to get it fixed. The Celerant team I was assigned is knowledgeable and helpful.

At Celerant I would highly recommend Rondolyn. She was so detail oriented during our transition. Not only was she responsive, she was knowledgeable, and efficient moving our project forward. If she didnt have an immediate answer, she would figure it out quickly. She handled everything wonderfully. It was a pleasure working with her as she exceeded our expectations. Her patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated !!

Rondolyn at Celerant was a terrific team leader and project manager. We couldn’t have done it without her. She was very task oriented and attentive to our needs. Pros: What I like about Kim and her team was the seamless integration and level of communication. We had a tight deadline with our grand opening and she was able to make it happen.

Cons: There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing Kim and her team couldn’t handle.

Overall: Overall, great experience considering the size of operation and range needs. We have an extensive operation and Kim is always ready to help.

Quinn is the best. Would have no one else. Responsive and caring. He has the true Rizz, and cares about his clients

Celerant (specifically Quinn) has been amazing during our transition to their system. Unlike other POS systems, their customer service and support is spectacular.

We recently changed over to Celerant Technology, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! Our trainer, Dave, was nothing short of fantastic. His deep knowledge of the system and his ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner made the entire POS incredibly valuable.

Dave’s engaging teaching style kept us all attentive and involved, and his patience in answering our myriad of questions was truly commendable. It’s clear that he is not only a master of the technology but also a dedicated educator who genuinely cares about his trainees’ success.

Thanks to Dave and Celerant Technology, we now feel confident and well-prepared to utilize the system to its fullest potential. Highly recommend this training program to anyone looking to switch POS systems with a top-notch instructor!
